Bradenton Motorsports Park

The event dates for the next Holley NMRA Ford Nationals are March 4-7, 2021. The event is canceled on Wednesdays, but will be back on March 4-7, 2021. Bradenton Motorsports Park is home to several NMRA races and events, including the Nitto Tire Spring Break Shootout. The Shootout was a gathering of fast street-legal Mustangs, and the event has returned with the addition of JLT Performance. Race fans can look forward to the annual Battle in the Bay, a grudge and no-time racing event, which will take place March 25-26, 2022. The event will begin with a Pro test and tune session, followed by a main event featuring hot grudge racing action. The shootouts will take place at 6:00 pm. The annual FixxFest will attract more than two thousand enthusiasts and feature European cars.

Resurfacing project

The resurfacing project at Bradenton Motorsports Park in Bradenton Florida is one of the many things happening around the track this year. The track was closed for much of the early summer, which is usually rainy season. Hopefully, the track will be ready for the major events later in the year, such as the 10th annual FL2K and the Snowbird Outlaw Nationals. Operations Director Wade Rich is overseeing the project, which should be finished by the fall.

The track has seen a significant amount of change in recent years. After purchasing the track in 2018, Victor Alvarez and his team began a steady improvement project that includes three major projects. One of those projects is clearing the aging wooden bleachers on the west side of the track. Another big project is the purchase of aluminum grandstands from Palm Beach International Raceway. This work will be an exciting way to spruce up the track and make it more appealing to fans.
